“Enough is enough” The Irish people cry, and the government try to ignore. On Wednesday December 10, the Irish Government will have no place to hide, as one of the biggest anti water charges demonstrations will take place in Dublin city.
There is many groups traveling from all around the country and some offering free bus services for people heading to Dublin. For example free bus from Donegal.
“The bus will leave Annagry at 6.30 and travels via Letterkenny with pickups en route. There is no charge but booking is essential. Contact 086 3850948 for more information or go to the Can’t Pay Won’t Pay Facebook page at www.facebook.com/cantpaywontpay”
Some groups are committed to do a 24hr protest, “This will be a peaceful revolution from beginning to end, beginning at the Garden Of Remembrance at 12pm and marching to the GPO, where more groups will join up and march to the Dail for 1pm to begin our 24 hour demo.”
For those who can’t make the march it will be streamed live via AerTV.
Do you think the Irish people will be heard on December 10th or will this go down as just another protest in the capital?
